INGREDIENTS
60 g graham
20 g butter
300 g cream cheese
60 g sour cream
105 g sugar
5 g flour
2 pcs eggs
2 pcs egg yolk
2.5 ml vanilla
PROCEDURE:
1. Combine ground graham and butter and press into a ring mold lined with foil.
2. Using the paddle attachment cream the cheese till smooth
3. Add sugar and mix. Add sour cream flour then eggs and yolks one at a time beating well after each
4. Pour over crust and bake at 300F for about 30 -45 minutes using a bain marie
5.Remove from oven.6. Cool completely then chill for 4 hours or overnight.*Use a warm wet knife to cut the cheesecake.
