cheesy bacon dynamite (utterlygolden)
INGREDIENTS
20 pieces finger chili (siling haba)
Cooked bacon
1 block cheddarcheese, sliced into small strips (I prefer the local cheese Ques-O)
Spring rolls or lumpia
Cooking oil for deep frying
Let’s cook!
Slit each chili vertically, then scrape out the seeds and that white strip where the seeds are attached too. (It’s bitter)
Rinse and drain.
Stuff the chili withcheese
rap and roll the wrapper.
In a frying pan, heat enough oil then deep fry the cheesy bacon rolls for 2 to 3 minutes or until golden brown and crisp.
Drain of paper towels.
Serve with preferred dip.
GARLIC MAYO DIP
INGREDIENTS
1 tablespoon chopped garlic
1 teaspoon calamansi(local lemon) juice/lemon juice
1 tablespoon ketchuo
¼ cup mayonnaise
Mix all ingredients, place in a dip container and serve with either Fries, Chips or Cheesy Bacon Dynamites.
