Tauge with Tuyo flakes (Remus)

ingredients:
1pack bean sprout
3pcs tuyo (herring)
1/4 ground pork
garlic and onions
oyster sauce
salt and pepper to taste
procedure:
Fry the tuyo in oil until its cooked. shred the tuyo in pieces and set aside.Stir fry garlic and onions. Add the ground pork until brown.Sprinkle a pinch of salt and pepper. Put 1/4 cup of water and let it simmer for 5minutes until tender. Add in the tuyo flakes. Add the oyster sauce and stir for a minute then add the tauge. Simmer until tender.
