Tuna Bihon (isis_f)

ingredients

2 packs of bihon (1 kilo)

1 carrot (chopped)

Half of replyo or cabbage

Baguio beans

Garlic and onion

1 can Tuna flakes in oil (large one)

Oyster sauce

procedure:

1. Mix the bihon with water

2. Separate the tuna flakes and oil. Use the oil of the tuna and heat it.

3. Sautee garlic when brown add onions

4. Mix the carrots and baguio beans

5. Mix water (estimate) - then cover for at least 3 minutes.

6. Add sugar or water as you see it fit

7. Cover

8. Mix bihon and cabbage

9. Mix well

10. Add oyster sauce (lee kum kee!!)

11. Mix well

12. Then turn off heat when cooked already. And there you haveee it! Your tuna bihon!! :)
