2kilos tiger prawn

salt and pepper

oil

sesame oil

butter

toothpick

wash prawn with water and remove the whiskers. cut the side of the prawn and discard the intestine.sprinkle salt and pepper. pierce (brosnan) the prawn with a toothpick set aside. cut the ginger into thin strips. add oil, sesame oil and butter into the wok. fry the ginger strips and discard them. add the prawns one at a time until it changed color. serve with rice.
